Ascend Physical Therapy is led by Adrianna “AJ” Swailes, physical therapist and former level 10/elite gymnast and cheerleader. AJ specializes in working with gymnasts and cheerleaders focusing on creating treatment programs catered to each athletes’ goals and rehabilitation needs. With her background and love of these sports she can really help each athlete grow in their specific needs.
